New container of TX series shipped: 17 filters heading to Turkey!
This week, we exported 17 filters to Turkey, all of which are from the TX series.
The filter plates of our TX series adopt laser micro-hole processing technology, with a maximum filtration precision of 150 mesh. Innovatively, they feature a unique design where 26 scrapers are arranged in a spiral pattern inside. This design prevents impurities from being crushed secondary or multiple times due to repeated movement inside the filter, resulting in more stable operation compared to traditional dies and more consistent discharge pressure.
The TX series is suitable for industrial scenarios with high extrusion pressure and high requirements for filtration precision, such as granulation, pipe, sheet, and plate production. It is particularly ideal for processing blow-molding grade products like ABS, PS, PET, and PE.
