As General Manager He stated, our greatest production advantage lies in our screen plate manufacturing technology. We own self-developed special machine tools for micro-hole processing, with a drilling speed of over 100 holes per second and up to 200 holes per second at maximum.
In addition, we are equipped with a complete heat treatment workshop and a professional quality control laboratory, which can guarantee both the filtration precision and service life of the screen plates.

General Manager He calculated a "green account": Taking 100-mesh and 120-mesh filtration for ABS and PS as examples, each TX650 filter helps customers reduce carbon emissions by approximately two tons per year.

"Our screen change cycle can last more than three months, far exceeding the industry average," said Mr. He.
